Refunds and Returns

Every Kern River Surf Co. product is made to order, printed just in time for you through trusted fulfillment partners like Printful. That means a little extra time, but it’s worth the wait.

How Long Does It Take?

  • Fulfillment Time: Most items are printed and packed within 2–7 business days.

  • Shipping Time (after fulfillment):

    • U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days

    • International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on destination

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your gear on its way to you.

Multiple Items?

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately, especially if they come from different facilities. Worry note! You’ll get tracking for each package.

Delays & Holidays

While we work hard to get your order out fast, delays can happen, especially during holidays or high-demand periods. We’ll keep you in the loop if anything changes.

Return & Refund Policy

Every Kern River Surf Co. item is made just in time for you by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this custom process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or accidental orders.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number.

  • We’ll work with Printful to get a replacement or refund issued as quickly as possible.

Lost Shipments

If your order never arrived:

  • Contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.

  • We’ll investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement at no extra charge.

Wrong Address

If you entered an incorrect address and the order is returned to sender:

  • You’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping to the correct address.

  • Please double-check your address before checking out.
